What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 4:00 PM, check-out is by 11:00 AM. For earlier check-ins or late check-outs, please contact us in advance — we are happy to help.
What house rules apply?
Please respect the following house rules: Smoking is not permitted inside the house (smoking on the terrace is fine). Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Pets must be registered in advance. Please leave the house in clean condition. Parties and excessive noise are not allowed.
Is parking available?
Yes, free parking is available. The villa has a carport and additional parking spaces directly at the house. Parking is free and reserved for your use.
Are pets allowed?
Pets are allowed under certain conditions. Please let us know before booking if you intend to bring a pet, and provide the type and size. Pets must be well-behaved and clean. Additional cleaning may be required.
How does payment work?
Payment is made entirely through Airbnb. After confirmation by the host, you will be asked to pay for your stay through the Airbnb platform. All Airbnb payment methods are accepted.
What is the cancellation policy?

What's included in the booking?
The rental includes the use of the entire villa with all facilities: rooms, kitchen, bathrooms, garden, terrace, WiFi and all available appliances. Bed linen and towels are also included. Cleaning and service fees are listed separately.
Is WiFi available?
Yes, complimentary high-speed WiFi is available. You will receive the WiFi access details upon arrival. The WiFi covers the entire house and outdoor areas.
Is the house heated in winter?
Yes, the villa is fully heated and therefore comfortable to use even in winter. A beautiful wood-burning stove provides coziness. The heating works reliably and keeps the house pleasantly warm.
How can I contact the host?
You can contact the host via the Airbnb platform. All questions and inquiries should be sent via the messaging function in your Airbnb account. You will normally receive a reply within a few hours.
Are there special facilities for children?
Yes, the villa is very child-friendly! There is a large garden with play equipment, shallow water in the nearby Bodden for safe swimming, and many family-friendly activities nearby. The shallow water is particularly safe for small children.
